Founder & Business Advisor

Nitin Khanna, CFA, B.Comm.

Nitin is a Founder of N3 Business Advisors where he is dedicated exclusively to helping entrepreneurs to buy, grow, value and sell mid-size businesses in the Construction industry.

He is a finance professional with over twenty years of experience working in the field of finance, investments and construction.  Prior to starting N3 Business Advisors Inc., Nitin held senior finance and accounting positions at Canadian Companies like TD Financial Group, TransGlobe Asset Management, Aecon Construction and Carillion Construction Inc.  He also has more than six years of experience as an entrepreneur whilst successfully operating his own Information Technology business. ​During his employment at TransGlobe Asset Management, he was responsible for successful acquisitions, management and sale of investments valued up to $50 million. Nitin has also published several articles exploring key issues about buying and selling businesses.

Nitin graduated with a B.COMM. degree in accounting and has earned CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and CAIA designations.

Vijay Patel, CPA, CA, B.Comm.

Vijay brings 25+ years of experience working in finance, sales, investment strategy and business management.

His experience spans from working in various client-focused advisory roles in small to large multinational organizations, such as his family business, RBC insurance, Ernst & Young, KPMG, Deloitte & Touché and also as a self-employed consultant. Vijay has worked in the sales field as a REALTOR® for over 10 years and is a partner in a number of residential and commercial investments.

Vijay graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.) degree and has earned his CPA designation (Chartered Professional Accountant). He applies integrity, energy, hard work, a creative mindset, and business acumen in everything that he does and truly lives by the powerful statement "impossible is nothing".

Business Advisor

AJ Halwani, B.Sc.

AJ Halwani has extensive experience in construction equipment industry, working for large and multi-national organizations in leadership roles, managing multiple-location equipment sales, rental and service operations across broad territories. His responsibilities included profit and loss, team, territory and product & service development, inventory and fleet planning, among others.


He has a post-graduate degree in Project Management from George Brown College, a B.Sc. degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of the State of New York. Besides, he has done numerous advance executive management studies, namely at Dukes University in US and Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden.


During previous tenure, he has actively participated in several start-ups and acquisitions for his former employers. His involvement in acquisition projects included initial due diligence, negotiation, and implementation phases, up to full business integration.

Ramesh Sangameswar, MBA

Ramesh Sangameswar is a Management professional with over twenty years of hands-on strategic, business and marketing experience in the Technology and Telecom industry. 

Ramesh has also worked extensively with the Small and Medium business providing high-impact marketing campaigns.


Ramesh is an MBA from University of Toronto's Rotman School and has a Mechanical Engineering degree from India.
